FP-511 high-speed food printer is a fast digital printing equipment which can be applied on various food surface printing. It is equipped with a high-performance Japan Ricoh series piezoelectric industrial nozzle, made of 300 series stainless steel which is suitable for food industry. The ink path material is made of food-grade silica gel and the secondary ink cartridge is made of food grade PMMA material. All the materials in contact with ink are compliant with food safety standard. The whole printer adopts modularization design which makes the maintenance more convenient and efficient. It can print in 600*600dpi ,600*900dpi,600*1200dpi single-color. The maximum printing speed can be up to 75m/min. It can realize image or text variable data printing.
